Pumpjack Optimization - A tool to optimize your oil production assets app for iPhone and iPad

This application is a tool to assist in Pumpjack evaluation and optimization for use by petroleum industry professionals. Now you can optimize your petroleum assets on the fly, without having to perform tedious calculations or evaluations at a later time.

This initial release includes a simple way to calculate pump volume displacement (or production) based on stroke length, bore diameter, and pump speed, for a given efficiency. Any of the aforementioned variables may be calculated with this application; simply input 4 variables (if desired efficiency is 100%, you only need to enter 3 variables) and let the calculator do the rest!

This app will help you identify if you are producing optimally for your given beam pump parameters, or it will help you determine how much you can increase production by changing pump parameters. If efficiency is calculated to be too low, you may be able to make field optimizations to achieve your optimal production.
